Commissioner Nicolson has indicated that you must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (FCC) in order to renew your license. Join TAR as we work together with Arizona Livescan to make sure everyone is prepared for the new FCC requirement.

Registration is REQUIRED. 
Appointments = 20 minutes

COME PREPARED! 
1. Bring a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID or passport to your appointment.
2. Have a payment method ready: cash, debit, or credit.
- NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Business checks are acceptable if payable to Arizona Livescan and for the correct amount.
3. To maximize efficiency, we recommend selecting and completing the Pre-Registration application online IN ADVANCE to your appointment date. Click the link to get started: AZDPS Public Services Portal
4. Those opting for Full Service will need to fill out the paper application form. These are available for pick up at TAR. 

Fingerprinting Fees
Members will pay for their services individually during their appointment. 

1.  Full Service NON-IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card = $109 (includes $67 AZDPS fee, + $32 fingerprints, and submission)

2.  Pre-Registered NON-IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card  = $32 (includes fingerprints and submission)
- $67 will be charged at the time of completing the online pre-registration for DPS fee. $32 paid in person is for AZ Livescan's services.

  • Click on MY MEETINGS
  • Locate the class you wish to cancel and click on DETAILS
  • Click CANCEL
  • Be sure to click CONFIRM/SUBMIT CANCELATION to finalize request
