Leadership development is essential for growth and success in any industry. It's important to have a solid strategy in place. By incorporating these essential elements, we can empower leaders to thrive, inspire their teams, and impact their organizations, clients, and community. Registration Requirements - Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in Real Estate - If experience is under the two (2) year minimum, registrant must submit a letter of recommendation from their Broker or Branch Manager - After registering, all attendees will receive a required form to complete prior to the program start date - Once registration is confirmed, registrant will receive their EQ Assessment to be completed prior to the first session Program Requirements - Attend all five (5) in-person half-day sessions. - Earn a minimum of 50 "Engagement Points" through a variety of T.A.R. meetings, events, community service opportunities, and activities.
