CRS® Data's MLS Tax Suite is an MLSSAZ Subscriber and Participant benefit that provides agents with access to up-to-date property reports, including information on taxes, mortgage details, sales history, and more. Search for properties using a variety of easy-to-use search features, including multi-county searching. Mapping tools help you create reports or conduct property research for a client. Additional tools include statistical reports, comparative analysis, and prospecting features.

Joining us from South Carolina is CRS® Data’s very own Rob Williamson, here to help you unlock the full potential of CRS® Data’s MLS Tax Suite.

Rob will walk you through how to access CRS® Data directly from your MLS, demonstrate how to navigate within the platform, and help you build the skills to perform Simple Searching, identify key features on a Property Report, and explore the many layers of vital information linked within these reports.

Additionally, Rob will cover using Comparables, Prospecting, Advanced Searching, and how to utilize the Map Layers within the MLS Tax Suite.

Coming this November, a better, smarter way to view your maps is on the way. CRS Data is making the switch to Google Maps, elevating your map experience for:
· Satellite imagery resolution
· More frequent updates- especially in urban areas
· The ability to have a street view. Providing immersive ground-level imagery
· The use of Google Maps should also provide a fast, smooth experience across devices and browsers.
