Designed for the agent who has other obligations and needs all training in one day and/or the individual who wants to get up to speed very quickly.; We will begin at 9:00 and end at 2:30. We will break for lunch. You will be charged a $20.00 no show fee if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the class and/or a no show for the class without cancellation.
