DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy MLS 202: FlexMLS Listings & Maintenance This class will be an in depth look at adding new listings into the MLS, as well as maintaining existing listings, creating Listing Activity Reports, and adjusting Listing Preferences for the FlexMLS Dashboard to help agents better serve their clients. Prerequisites: Previous attendance of MLS 101 or MLS 201 is recommended. Class Policies Please be sure to bring your FlexMLS log-in and password to class. If you do not have this information, please call TAR at 327.4218 for assistance. Non TAR/MLS members will not be permitted to attend MLS classes. Walk-in Policy: Provided there is space in the class, walk-ins are will be permitted to attend if space & materials are available. Cancellation & No- Show Policy: Cancellation must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the class date. After that period a $20 no show fee will be assessed. Late Policy: Registered attendee must not be later than 5 minutes after the published class start time or you forfeit your seat.
