Leadership development is essential for growth and success in any industry. It's important to have a solid strategy in place. By incorporating these essential elements, we can empower leaders to thrive, inspire their teams, and impact their organizations, clients, and community. Program Requirements - Attend all five (5) in-person half-day sessions. - Earn a minimum of 100 "Engagement Points" through a variety of T.A.R. meetings, events, community service opportunities, and activities.
