Each session may be tailored based on the most frequent violations or questions from the previous month, ensuring that the material is timely, relevant, and practical.

Important Note:
If you are attending this class in lieu of paying a listing violation fine, please be aware that failure to attend within the required timeframe may result in additional fines or sanctions in accordance with Policy 39. Review excerpt below regarding education:

Section 6.3 – Designated Education For fines of $250 or less, the Participant or Subscriber charged with the violation shall have the option to alternatively attend an MLSSAZ designated educational opportunity. Designated education must be completed within sixty (60) days of the fine being assessed in order for the fine to be waived. Designated education is limited to three (3) violations per calendar year. MLSSAZ staff will determine the designated education required in order to waive the fine based on the specific violation for verifiable offenses only (Section 6.2). For non-verifiable offenses or appeals the MLSSAZ Standards Committee or Board of Directors will determine if designated education opportunities are applicable.
