This course reviews the law of agency and standards(s) of care. This course reviews the role of agency law in Arizona real estate transaction, the importance of agency disclosure forms, the role of real estate licensee in protecting and promoting the client's interest and the authority of the Arizona Department of Real Estate in protecting the consumer in real estate transactions and regulating real estate licensees.
